Industrial air filter, chemical photovoltaic electroplating clean air source protection system

Diversified clean air implementation scenarios

Industrial air filters are categorized into multiple series, including primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters, catering to five major cleanroom needs: photovoltaic cleanrooms, chemical waste gas pretreatment, air supply for electroplating workshops, mechanical spraying, and chemical fiber ventilation. For photovoltaic cells and silicon wafer packaging cleanrooms, graded filtration is employed, with primary filters intercepting large dust particles and high-efficiency filters removing micron-sized particles to prevent appearance defects on silicon wafers and thin films. In chemical production workshops, ventilation and waste gas pretreatment involve filtering acid-base dust and organic particulate matter to protect downstream waste gas treatment equipment. In electroplating factories, compressed air pre-filtration removes oil mist and impurities. In hardware spraying workshops, inlet air purification prevents particles in the air from adhering to paint surfaces, causing imperfections. In chemical fiber spinning workshops, ventilation systems filter dust to prevent blockages in spinning nozzles. There are two main types of air filters: discrete self-cleaning air filters and frame-type bag filters. Large factory ventilation ducts are equipped with frame-type units, while local air sources in workshops and small units opt for vertical self-cleaning models. New cleanrooms are equipped with a complete set of graded filters, and old ventilation systems can be upgraded by directly replacing existing low-efficiency filters.

Comprehensive performance of clean filtration

The bag-type air filter utilizes gradient-encrypted synthetic fiber filter material to intercept dust gradually, with a large dust holding capacity and slow resistance increase. It covers all filtration grades from G4 to H13. The self-cleaning vertical air filter is equipped with a pulse automatic dust cleaning system, which triggers reverse blowing with pressure difference, eliminating the need for manual disassembly and cleaning of the filter screen. The filter material is divided into three categories: ordinary temperature-resistant, PTFE anti-corrosion coating, and high-temperature resistant fiberglass. The coating type can withstand chemical acidic exhaust gas, while the fiberglass type can operate stably under high-temperature conditions up to 200°C. The entire machine housing is made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term use in coastal areas and chemical corrosion workshops without rusting. The frame-type modular structure, standardized dimensions, and seamless splicing of air ducts ensure no air leakage, stable filtration efficiency, and an efficient model with an interception rate of ≥99.99% for 0.3μm particles. It is equipped with a differential pressure monitoring interface for automatic warning of filter screen blockage, facilitating scheduled replacement of consumables in workshops. The factory completes tests on air volume, corrosion resistance, and dust durability, with high-volume models capable of covering ventilation and purification for workshops spanning tens of thousands of square meters.

Unique advantages of industrial cleanliness

The graded filtration solution, featuring a combination of initial, medium, and high-efficiency filters, extends the lifespan of the high-grade filter cartridges at the back end, significantly reducing the annual expenditure on consumables for cleanrooms.

Multi-condition corrosion resistance adaptability, PTFE-coated filter material is suitable for electroplating and chemical corrosive exhaust gases, while high-temperature resistant fiberglass is suitable for high-temperature spraying and chemical fiber workshops. A single product line covers the needs of multiple industries.

The self-cleaning model significantly reduces manual maintenance, and pulse ash removal eliminates the need for frequent replacement of filter bags, significantly saving operation and maintenance manpower in large photovoltaic and chemical plant areas.

Combining standardized off-the-shelf products with non-standard customization, the equipment specifications can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the factory air ducts and air volume requirements. The entire machine comes with a two-year warranty, and we provide complete technical support for selecting clean systems, helping workshops improve the yield of finished products and reduce product scrap losses caused by dust.
