Fully automatic self-cleaning filter, continuous operation without downtime intelligent filtration equipment

Segmentation and adaptation of usage scenarios

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter is designed for uninterrupted online filtration, targeting continuous production scenarios where fluid supply cannot be interrupted. It covers five major fields: industrial circulating water, chemical process fluid, photovoltaic cooling system, municipal wastewater treatment, and large electromechanical cooling. For steel and machinery processing plants, it is used as pre-filtration for circulating cooling water pipelines to intercept rust and sand, preventing blockages in nozzles and heat exchangers. For chemical continuous reactors, it is used for feed filtration, ensuring continuous reaction without stopping the machine for solid impurity removal throughout the process. For photovoltaic power stations, it is used as an inverter and water cooling unit accessory to filter dust and algae from circulating water, preventing scaling in cooling pipelines. For municipal reclaimed water reuse and raw water pretreatment of rivers, it provides all-weather purification for large-flow water bodies. For large central air conditioning and data center cooling water circuits, it provides long-term protection. The filter is divided into two types of structures: scraper type and brush type. The scraper type is suitable for high viscosity and large particle impurities, while the brush type is suitable for fine suspended matter. It can be installed outdoors or placed in the middle section of equipment room pipelines, and is compatible with 24-hour two-shift uninterrupted production lines, solving the pain points of traditional filter cartridges and bag filters that require downtime for consumable replacement, affecting production capacity.

Intelligent operation performance

The entire machine is equipped with an integrated PLC electronic control system, supporting automatic triggering of cleaning programs in both differential pressure and timing modes. When the differential pressure reaches a preset threshold or the set time is reached, the scraper/brush automatically starts to clean the filter screen. The cleaning process maintains continuous fluid flow, without interrupting downstream production. The cleaning cycle and blowdown duration can be freely set, and the water consumption for a single blowdown is less than 1% of the total system flow, demonstrating excellent water-saving performance. The filter screen adopts a 316L stainless steel wedge-shaped mesh, with a precision of 50~3000μm, customized according to needs. It has strong dirt holding capacity, is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and remains unchanged after long-term scouring. The entire machine's motor is equipped with multiple protections against overload and electric leakage. In low temperature environments, an anti-freezing electronic control component is optional. The upper limit of operating temperature is 70℃, suitable for high-temperature industrial circulating water. The integrated vertical compact structure occupies only 1/8 of the area of a traditional filter tank. With standard flange interfaces, direct pipeline connection is possible without requiring large-scale civil engineering renovation. The machine has undergone a 72-hour continuous water flow durability test at the factory, ensuring no cleaning dead zones and thorough impurity removal. After cleaning, the differential pressure of the filter screen quickly returns to its initial value. Long-term operation does not require frequent replacement of consumables, and only simple quarterly inspections are necessary for stable operation.

Unique advantages of continuous production

Continuous self-cleaning throughout the entire process completely eliminates the production line downtime losses caused by filter material replacement, significantly improving the capacity utilization rate of continuous production lines in the chemical, photovoltaic, and metallurgical industries.

Fully automated and unattended, without the need for manual disassembly and cleaning of filters, it significantly reduces the labor input for operation and maintenance in workshops, and has high adaptability to remote outdoor photovoltaic and water service stations.

With almost zero long-term consumable expenditure and a stainless steel filter screen that can be reused for several years, the annual consumable cost is reduced by over 80% compared to bag-type and cartridge-type equipment.

Customization and flexibility are ensured, with flow rate, cleaning structure, and electronic control mode adjustable as needed. The product comes with a two-year warranty. For batch municipal and photovoltaic projects, remote signal transmission modules can be uniformly provided, allowing real-time monitoring of the operation status through integration into the central control system of the plant.
